What if the Pilgrims had Landed in Ohio?
For our November Too Many Cooks, Matt Boettcher, chef, educator, and owner of Good Idea Cooking, will be presenting “What if the Pilgrims landed in Ohio?” Matt will share a myriad of Thanksgiving dishes inspired by research on the Pilgrim’s first harvest celebration in Plimoth Plantation and information about the foods local to Ohio prior to European colonization. The result will be a fun and educational look into how the first Thanksgiving might have been similar and different if it had taken place in Ohio.
