Today is Saturday. I'm going to hope that wasn't you in a GMC Yukon with a Blue Jackets personalized license plate that says "B COZ" who screamed down the outside lane of Grandview Avenue and then cut everyone off right before the light at Goodale, causing us all to jam on our brakes...
There is no reason why someone who didn't play by the rules should jump to the front of the line.

I have to agree in this case. If the rule-followers are too dumb to pay attention and keep him from cutting them off then too bad. Playing by the rules doesn't get you to the front. No guts, no glory.

Funny. I agreed with Ndecent, but not with nexttuesday.
Getting over it is probably the right reaction, if only because letting it fester isn't doing you any good, and complaining about it probably won't either. But "too bad, no guts, no glory"? Sorry, but when I think of glory, I think of Iwo Jima or Olympic gold, not some immature, impetuous imbecile creating a road hazard by flinging his SUV in front of a line of people who are grown up enough to wait their turn.

Over it two seconds after it happened and even do it myself from time to time. I just thought it was funny that I actually noticed who did it this time...

I see this happen daily. The location: I71 Southbound Hudson St exit at around 5pm Mon thru Fri. Cars are lined up to turn right on Hudson for a quarter mile and there is always a jackass or four that ditch everyone. People need to tighten up the line and not let these fools ditch!

I don't think he's upset because someone cut in line, but because it was a dangerous situation that he was put into by a reckless driver.
Somebody threw a pillow at me on Thanksgiving on N. High St that could have wrecked my bike. I am "over it" but it could have still caused me injury or death. I was able to chase the guy down for a few blocks and get the police on the line and the plate number to them. I noticed a police helicopter appear suddenly in the area, but I don't know if it was for my incident.
I made post earlier, that was deleted by the moderator, about someone threatening your life, but in the end you are bodily unharmed as a serious situation that might not warrant just "getting over it"
Glad to see though Columbuzz is "over it"

I used to get road rage and have learned to avoid it. Here is what I do: On the freeway, ride in the middle lane, set cruise control to 65 and just chill out. Listen to music or tune into everyone's favorite racist, Bob Burney or who ever. :D In general, I used to drive fast and be all lead footy, but when gas prices rocketed up, I drove slow to save coin. So in conclusion, driving slower, for me, reduces teh road rage.

I don't know if waiting your turn is essentially a grown up characteristic when the wait might take forever. If everyone is waiting in line but the person at the front lets everyone coming up on the right in front of them, then you will wait forever. It is sometimes common sense to save yourself the time of waiting. True, if everyone has this mentality then many accidents will occur, but sometimes necessity warrants cutting in line. Maybe this person really had to pee or their babysitter called and there was a problem at home.
Like I said, even if there was no emergency, it's equally the fault of the person letting this driver in. Additionally, if everyone in a line of cars had to slam on their breaks then they are equally guilty for following too closely and not paying attention.
If I'm waiting in a line and I see people cutting ahead, sure I get a little pissed that I have to wait longer, but I get more angry at the people ahead of me letting them in.

It was out of the passenger window as the Chevy Blazer passed me to the left. It was a over the shoulder toss and drop into my path. Thankfully they missed and it went over my shoulder. I am pretty sure it was intentional the way it came out of that window with a forced and upward movement. The reason..? I don't know the same mentality against cyclists that get bottles, cans, cups, trash, and other stuff tossed at them. Maybe because I was slowing them down? They looked about 18-20 years old. Two white males in a Chevy Blazer. I forget the plate numbers, but I did report them to the CPD as they sat in front of me at a red light a few block s up.

Ever tried taking a longer, more slower route, maybe get up a little earlier?. I tend to take a pretty silly route by car standards on my bike to work. I drove a car to work the other day actually (twice a year for practice) and took the same route. Incredibly easy and hardly any traffic, cruises at about 20mph the whole way. No rage involved.
