Well it's about time, but you can finally order the Tiesto in Concert DVD in the US. Although it won't be available untill the end of January. If you saw the Traffic video, it's that entire concert. It looks amazing, just thought you would all like to know!

I'm glad you mentioned "Concert". This is what that is. I mean for me, I used to go to see a DJ to hear him play stuff I had never heard before, and might not hear for a long time. At the Tiesto show, I saw 1500 people singing along to every track he played, becasue they knew it from his CD. THAT is a concert! No direspect intended to anyone, it's just funny to me I guess. Pop Music will never die as we see in this video.

Very good point!! I never thought about it but I totally agree. Ah the Tiesto sing-a-long :D . Sadly I don't really want the DVD because it's Tiesto I want it because I am a Tech. guy (sound, lights, etc.) and DAMN the technical aspect of that show is insane. It brings a tear to my eye.
And while I am on the subject, the lighting in the clubs around town could use some help (no offence to anyone). The lights should compliment the music not just randomly shoot about. If there is just a shortage of lighting people, myself (and I am sure DublinDiver) would love to help out. :D

I'm not sure if they have them going all the time, but the lights in Cazzie's when Lyman & Soulo were spinning there on Tuesdays a few months ago were INSANE after the remodling. At least they were impressive compared to other lighting systems around town in my opinion. ;)

Thats because Steve and I controlled the lighting ourselves, and could make it match the music. The lighting set-up was pretty mild really, but was nice for Cazzies. I still don't even understand why they remodeled that place if they are just showing videos in there.

You bet I'd help. I always hate when a DJ rolls into town and the lights dont compliment him, his style, or his music. The lights at the Factory used to be good, but they had theatre people running them through diamond mine productions. There are three main aspects to technical clubs, Lights (moving lights, lasers, hazers/foggers), Sounds (speakers, subs, locations), and Set (where the DJ is located, dance floor, etc). There is a serious lacking of lights in this town. So yeah, i'd love to help make them better.
