I don't see it on their website but there is a sign in the window next to Marcella's that they are coming.

They're targeting opening in a few months, but still have a few hoops to jump through. April/May timeframe. I just spoke with the owners the other day at Schiller.

HA! I'm guessing you meant to say "you won't find nicer people"? This isn't some canine version of Dick's or Gaswerks is it?

LOL..yeah, "nicer" is in fact what I meant. Couple is super sweet, the guy is like a pilot for a company here in town and this was their dream. They've gone through a half dozen spots that didn't work out for one reason or another and have wanted to find one and open for over a year I think.
Bugs is seriously a dick about treats, and he even liked the treats from this place.

I even like the treats from this place! Seriously, I took a little nibble of one that looked like an oreo. Not bad!
They really are good people too! CU dog owners gotta show this place some love when it opens!!!

HAHA U TASTED ONE?!?! I've always been tempted... but seriously
this place is awesome. my dogs have been getting bone shaped peanut butter birthday cakes here for the past 3 years. (@ one in florida that is). This one was about 8-9"long and 3/4" thick. http://www.slide.com/s/IPBN_5EGvT9IggMsCWGuStcDRRj3-hpB

Hate to admit, but I've tasted the oreo dog treats too... used to work in a pet shop. Hey, I got hungry sometimes and I was the only person in the shop often.
They tasted like stale generic low-sugar sandwich cookies.

I worked a summer at Three Dog Bakery in Des Moines, IA. I must admit that I have tried the Peanut Mutters and they are very good. All the in-house baked treats can be consumed by humans. They are sweetened with applesauce. We used to have a woman come into the shop and puchase cookies for herself because she was allergic to other desserts made in a traditional bakery. It was a great place to work and I'm looking forward to patronizing the one here.

These guys are about 5-6 weeks from opening, and passed out stuff at the April gallery hop apparently (plus gave me a free water bottle, pens, coupons, etc. LOL).
One of the nicest couples ever, and...wait for it...STREETCAR SUPPORTERS :D
