I have to say that after hearing 3C Body Shop commercials on the radio several times a week (the ones with the precociously over-rehearsed child talking), I am now committed to never giving that place any business ever. Even if I was going to save money by going there. That's how unnervingly-awful and annoying those spots are.

Yeah, I know she's saying; "awwww Snap!" But I always hear it as; "awwww Crap!"
Lawyer ads get me also; "If your insurance says you dont need a lawyer. Then you defeinatly need a lawyer!"
I want to call them up and tell them I just say an ambulance stop on the corner.
Any commericial that's promises that you can settle for pennies on the dollar for your debt, or "Don't pay your bills, declare bankruptcy" is irritating. Making it sound like only an idiot would pay his debts.
One used to bug me the most. But Karma caught up with them.
In recent years, some 20,000 people have turned to American Tax Relief of Beverly Hills, Calif., to do just that after seeing the company’s advertisements on television, the Internet or in print, where actors portraying clients say the company reduced their back taxes to say, $2,000 from $24,000 or $40,000 from $200,000.But the Federal Trade Commission said Wednesday that despite collecting $60 million to $100 million in upfront fees from often-desperate clients in recent years, American Tax Relief rarely, if ever, delivered on its promises.
It did, however, according to the F.T.C., deliver $30 million in customers’ funds to the accounts of the company’s owners or their relatives

(I have no idea who they keep attacking about this in ads, and this is not a political post. I just keep hearing the words wall street with spooky/bad music behind it)

Funny this should come up. I got to meet Uzi Hamoff yesterday. Does anyone remember the old IDG commercials with Uzi and his mother? He closed the stores but owns the properties so he's now the landlord of one of our stores.
Seems like a really nice guy, but man, those commercials were awful!
