THE WALKING DEAD tells the story of the weeks and months that follow after the zombie apocalypse. Based on Robert Kirkman's hugely successful and popular comic book series. The series is an epic, edge-of-your-seat drama where personal struggles are magnified against a backdrop of moment-to-moment survival. A survivalist story at its core, the series explores how the living are changed by the overwhelming realization that those who survive can be far more dangerous than the mindless walkers roaming the earth.

Meh. If you're anything like me you'll just end up annoyed that such a great concept went so terribly wrong.

The characters and dialogue are some of the worst on TV imho. The only bright spot is that they fired all the writers from season 1 which means I'm willing to give season 2 a chance. Truthfully, it would be better if they just killed off all the characters from season 1 and started over. But, considering the source is a semi-popular graphic novel, I doubt they'll do that.

Interestingly enough, the characters and dialogue from the Resident Evil video game series are some of the worst in the history of video games.

But it still made for a great zombie-killing time. ;)

Looks like the season two writers are actually just zombies of season one writers.
If only the could just work in a few commercials, maybe they could afford good writing...
