Thats what you get, They should have theese available everywhere. Rapists would only get one shot. That sounds totaly fair.

I had heard about this a long time ago but this is the first time I have seen a pic. I think it was all in the planning phase earlier.
My biggest concern would be what is the rapist going to do when it latches on? I mean I would imagine it would make them extremely angry and possibly take that out on the girl. Could result in fewer rapes but increased beatings/homicides.
