Does anyone know the deal on this fabulous building between Franklin Ave and Bryden Road on S 18th?
There are 7 units (each are 3 stories with very cool roofline and I assume view of downtown) that are amazing architecture with great curb appeal. The building looks like London, England or DuPont Circle in Washington, DC very imposing with great windows and porches. The building is 4 Sale it would make great condos or jazzy apartments and this is down from Yellow Brick and Angry Baker on Oak...
