Yea, the building has been done for a while. Some of the remaining units may be awaiting upgrades. Not sure if they are marketing any as shells.

Not sure if they can market units as shells. No c of o usually means no mortgage. The building looks great! Big ups to berardi + partners on the design.

How did they end up doing the parking? Was each unit given x amount of spaces included in the sale, are they rentals, or were they sold individually?

1 space per unit option to buy additional space.
You can buy a shell. I think they sold one or two as a shell.I don't see why someone on here is questioning the quality of construction. I have been through the building many times and very impressed by the construction.

Is the pricing reasonable on the spaces? The unit prices seem to be reasonable, the construction seems to be good quality, but the condo fees seem a bit steep. I think it'd be better if the gym was included as part of the fees.

I think parking is 15,000 for an additional tandem space 25,000 for a regular space. I may be wrong about that but though. Call Michael Casey at 614-256-2545 and he can give you all the info.
