If we postpone the event untill three, then we can maybe do a live broadcast on WCRS. I can also maybe do a 1/2 hour special on the Dagwood Challenge and the history of the Dagwood. Maybe Coremodels can be my guest interviewee.

Cyclist wrote Other than honor, is there any prizes like an Ohio Deli gift certificate or a date with Coremodels.

a date with some of his employees might be more favorable.. just guessing of course, my money is on ND if that's on the table... oops hope his girlfriend is not lurking

I'm looking foward to this... I just ate two Rally's Dbl Bacon Cheeseburgers and two Rally's Spicy Chicken Sandwiches.

LOL! You eat like me man! Lemme tell you though, I'm guessing you're still pre 30's or 30'ish at best...you won't be able to keep it up ;)
p.s. Yes, we can definitely push it back time wise to 3.

You're going to regret that tomorrow.

I will not regret it. And no, I was just kidding about the WCRS thing. So keep it at 2, unless you want me to sleep in longer. Oh, is this on a saturday or sunday?

Early-onset Type 2 diabetes = priceless.

I had a roast beef grinder, and some cheddar cheese ruffles and some pasta salad and a pickle and a cherry coke and eight kit kats.
macaroni salad > potato or pasta salad

Ndcent wrote macaroni salad > potato or pasta salad
FACT
p.s. I've been eating crap like Rally's for almost 40 years, so there wouldn't be anything "early" about the diabetes...but I don't have it regardless :D

I ride a fucking bike dude. I need the high quality calories to pedal and stay warm for long periods outside in the winter. I am more concerned by you hitting me with your car than some dietary problem killing me. Eskimos eat seal blubber all day!

We might have a difference of opinion on the meaning of high quality.
Posted 3 years ago # -
When I say it is high quality....I mean it is potent. It takes other plant, fossil fuel, and sun calories to make those dairy, egg, and meat calories that go into Rally's sandwiches. It is like rocket fuel.
The longest bike ride I ever did was from Chit and High to Olympia Washington in 36 days. The whole way I ate fat, sugar, McDonalds, Mountain Dew, Jelly Beans, Beer, Whole Milk, meat, meat, meat, fat, candy, candy, water, fat, meat, fat, candy, Snickers, a dozen do-nuts and a gallon of milk for breakfast, fat, meat, meat, candy, Mountain Dew, etc.

You rode 70 miles a day for 36 days?

Averaged 87 miles a day.
8 Centuries in a row across Montana and Idaho.
High of 132 miles in one day: Portland Oregon to Olympia Washington.
You can not take such straight-line distances on a bike. Interstates are not always feasible to travel on, and when they are, they are really noisy. All the backroad ravel takes up more miles.
