Tonight is SCI FI week with Johnny Wu's award winning feature THE RAPTURE from Cleveland. It's a kind of comic-book/action/Asian cinema experience co-starring a few Columbus locals like Micah Jenkins and Brandy Seymour.
Short films from Sean McHenry as well as John Jackson's AIDAN 5 starring Bryan Michael Block and that short was the winner of the inaugural 48 Hour Film Project in Columbus this year. Seeing THAT on the big screen again always kicks ass.
Q&A with Johnny should be fun and insightful for those interested in heavy FX on a low budget.
