oreilly's burgers are awesome. their sweet potato fries are the best I've had, so are their wings. Definitely the best bar food in Columbus. Especially for the price. The only way I see how Graffiti burger can compete next door is because people don't know about Oreilly's.

Maybe I just ordered poorly, but my burger at O'Reilly's was nothing special. Although it's a chain, my favorite burger in town is at Five Guys. I don't like big thick burgers - little ones with lots of crisp lettuce and pickles are my thing. Plus the fries are OUTSTANDING.

Or they want a burger to eat and don't want to go through a dive bar with shitty service to get it. Their burger is the best (bacon pepper), but since its such a pain, I never get one.

Lol, I really think you went with the wrong expectations, or something was really off the night you went. It may not be the greet you with a smile and have some costumed character representing the place, but service has always been great, if not a little slow being that they are normally busy for the amount of staff and size of ktchen they maintain. I've gone by myself, I've gone with B, I've gotten take-out, and I've even taken my parents there and everything has always been as expected. I would never take my parents somewhere where I thought the food or service subpar.

It's kind of divey, but I've never had anything but exceptionally friendly service there.

I'd agree - I've never had a problem at O'Reillys with the service. I'm surprised to hear that you did, Rasta.
