Melissa Miller grew up in the suburbs outside of Detroit while Elizabeth Nihiser was raised in the Appalachian region of southeastern Ohio. These differences in environment serve as motivation for their collaborative project, The Blind Leading the Blind.
The work, on view at Ohio Art League this July, is a discussion of human relationships with place and the importance of communication within these relationships.
Please join the artists for the opening reception Thursday, July 7, 6 - 9 p.m. at the OAL Gallery.
