Was at Wheeler on Saturday and witnessed some guy bustin' his ass, spreading a huge truckload of stone around the "mudhole" that is/was the water spigot.
Don't know if you're on here, or if someone on here knows who you are, but, Thank you for making Wheeler dog park a nicer place to take my dogs.
