Thinking about purchasing your own home? We keep hearing that it’s a “buyer’s marketâ€Â. For most, this is a very intimidating life choice – as it should be. There is quite a bit that goes into moving from a rental apartment to owning your own place.
That’s why The Young Professionals of Columbus (YPC) are holding a laid-back event geared towards young and talented individuals potentially seeking a spot to call their own. There’s a lot that happens from the time you make the decision that you are going to purchase a condo or house to the time you actually make that place your home. This event allows our members to be totally versed in the home-buying process, the advantages, what to watch out for, and different programs to take advantage of at this time.
Come to YPC’s Homebuyer’s Workshop – Taking the Plunge: Owning Your First Home on Thursday, June 25, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. at Harrison Park Condominiums (575 W. First Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43215).
Free drinks and food will be provided the entire night, so come learn about the home-buying process, check out this awesome new project and enjoy some complimentary food and refreshments!
