We ALL love sushi and there are quite a few good places to eat sushi in Columbus. But how cool would it be to learn how to make your own?
Join us for this great beginners's class as we learn how to prepare and make our own sushi rolls! Be host with the most at your next party when YOU become the sushi chef.
We're headed to the Short North to a local Sushi Restaurant to learn from the pros. We'll find out what it means to be 'sushi grade' fish, how to prepare ingredients and make proper sushi rice. Then with the guidance of our chef, we'll make our own sushi rolls.
All class materials, sushi making tools and all ingredients will be provided for us. Make and eat 3 of your own sushi rolls plus sample different types of sashimi (raw fish)
