Mirroring the SNOW thread, I figured we could use one about the unusually warm weather too.
For the second straight day, Columbus has set a new record high temperature.
How's everyone enjoying it this weekend?

We're just about ready for a little road trip to Granville then Shamrock Vineyards in Waldo. Going to be a great day!
Hah, I almost created this thread yesterday..
As for the weather? I love it. I did my first nap of the season on my front porch yesterday.
I'm sick. :( Sucks to not be feeling well when it is so nice outside.
And here I thought this was going to be a very specific spin-off of the Lost discussion thread ;-)
As much as I love cold and snow, I will admit that I've been enjoying the last few days of warm weather. Give it a month and I'll be wishing for fall, but for now it's pretty nice. And if it stays in the lower 70s, I could be content for a good bit longer.
Though it would be nicer if I didn't have a sudden sore throat this weekend.
'tis great, biked to Hills Mkt yesterday and had a porch full of neighbors on Thurs night!
We hit up the Columbus Zoo yesterday afternoon (which was total insanity) had some "Great Ranch & Potato Pizza" from Romeo's (which might need to make a PGP appearance next time) and stopped at Jeni's Dublin late last night for a nice warm outdoor ice cream session.
Today we're thinking about hitting Gallery Hop, but not 100% sure yet. It's bound to be extremely crowded.
Walker, did you jinx the sun?
Oof. Yeah. I read that it was supposed to get insanely wind and possibly rain a bit today.
ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS.
The weather is beautiful. I laid in the sun for two hours yesterday and really didn't except to get burned, but I did a bit.
Highs in the mid-90s today, but heat index in the triple digits.
UGH

People think I'm crazy for loving winter, but I would take a foot of snow over this any day. At least snow is pretty and fun tob walk in. This stuff is just oppresive.
At least we had clouds early this week. Long stretches of nothing but sun drives me nuts. I'd do anything for a crisp, overcast fall day right now. Maybe some cider and/or apple crisp. The trees bright orange...
I'm sorry. Were you saying something?
I wish it was winter.
Only cool place in Columbus this weekend.
Heading there later. Hope I don't melt.
I just saw runners by North Market, otherwise sane human beings running in the 12:30 midday sun on a dangerously hot humid day. What is up with that, it that even healthy? I was always told: mad dogs and Englishmen...
tuttle pool.... it's what's for after dinner.
Give me highs of 100+ and I'll take it, but this humidity needs to get a move on it. Pronto!
Pool time will definitely be on the agenda this weekend when I get back from Lexington. Anne, did you get your new swimsuit yet?!?
