I don't pass out candy in the neighborhood. I have in the past the kids are rude, don't say anything just come up and put their bag in front of you and the worst part - half of them aren't even in costumes!
That's why we have good candy and bad candy. The non-costumed kids get smarties, and the polite kids with good costumes get chocolate.
