If you have neglected, injured shoes that you've shoved to the back of the closet, dig them out and take them to Staley Shoe Repair. He's a one-man shop that is struggling to stay afloat now that the foot traffic of City Center is kaput.
He'll do shines as well as repairs and he works on other things -- no questions asked (including leather riding crops, all you Outland aficionados).
He's in a shop along the corridor that used to go from the Hyatt on Capitol Square into the mall.
