We are tapping a firkin of Double Trouble on Thursday, January 13th at 7pm. This is a seasonal strong (9.4%) Imperial IPA from Founders Brewing. It is too cold for our food cart friends, but I will have some snacks out for lining those bellies. Craig Johnson will be there raffling off a pair of tix for his Winter Beer Fest that starts the next day as well. Cheers! http://tinyurl.com/2ag8hgq

Having had this in the bottle, I urge any hop head to attend it if able!

I second Berdawn. I had this on tap a couple weeks ago at Founders, and it's delicious.

BUMP! This is tomorrow folks. To add to the excitement, we have Bell's Hopslam on tap right now as well so the place will be swimming with hops! Hope to see you there :)

I'll be there for a bit "after" class tonight. After in quotations because with Double Trouble waiting for me, I don't know how much accounting I can sit through. :)

Big thanks to all who came out for this! The firkin was bled dry in a little over an hour but the beer drinking continued with the Founders on tap& Bell's Hopslam was flowing all night as well. Thanks to John Host from Founders& Craig Johnson from Columbus Beerfest for their help in making the event a success- oh& of course my buddy Andy from Premium Beverage Supply for getting the beer to flow after some technical difficulties :) We will join together in May for another similar happening before the next Beerfest!
