The first of our new Chef Series classes is a little light on attendance tomorrow night. Classes are regularly $60 per person, but I have some spaces to fill so for tomorrow night only (Wednesday, June 4) you can have a space in the class for only $40.
Chef John Skaggs will be presiding over the class and he is exceptional. He has worked for RJ Snappers and L'Antibes and will be Executive Chef at the new George Tanchevsky/ Giuseppe Mangano restaurant venture in Clintonville. John has participated in numerous events at the North Market and never disappoints. I promise this will be a fabulous class.
