God I hope not, as bad as it was, the last thing we need is more government survelience of our people.

It was pretty crazy. I'm on the SE of the Hilltop, near Sullivant, and it just gradually ramped up. The awesome Thai food I picked up yesterday makes up for the occasional crazy.

That is insane! I read on the Franklin Park Block Watch page that is was pretty crazy here too. I get the hell out of the hood for NYE.Me too.
I got out around 9:30PM on NYE and didn't come home until about 4:30, when it died down. It's like an annual NYE tradition for me now.The people who shoot in the air on NYE are idiots who don't know better.

Also, I cannot think of a year I have not seen foot officers patrolling for guns control they try to help. Usually they arrest a few but there are so many it is almost impossible to control the majority.

Never seen 1 cop in my hood, despite the unprecented number of gun shots.
But you know where they were? Downtown, at all the bars, deep too, hoping to bust someone for DUI.
Catching folks randomly shooting in the air in high crime areas? Forgetaboutit!Posted 4 months ago # -
