'fraid I don't have $650,000 in my piggy bank. :(
Doesn't even really look like a bad buy, actually, assuming it's on Neil (and that does seem to be where you find these places). According to Trulia, that meager sum would generally only land someone something in the ballpark of a measly 3300-3800sf. 8)

You're right. It was listed at somewhere in the range of 1.3mil then went to auction. I'm not sure if the seller rejected the high bid or if there even was a high bid. I know a guy who has considered buying it but he has small children and the house needs a lot more work than is visible on the surface. Still though it is a beauty and if I had the money I'd go for it.
