He did equally well @ the little pig dinner (thanx to hungry woolf for the link) I really liked the rye that he paired with the skirt steak. That guy is nuts to serve (probably) corn fed cow with corn and polenta (corn) on the side. I don't know if it was an intentional jab at the way we eat but he made it work!
That rye was really nice; I think my personal favorites were the rye and the saison; I really don't know that much about saison, but the crab paired w/ that was amazing!
