Walked past it on Sunday and was surprised at the change.
It's the Workshop Company or something now. All the furniture has been changed, everyone's stuff seems to have been moved out, and one wall has what appears to be a white photographer's backdrop.
Is there anyone on the board who rents space there?
Also the new decor makes it look like a retro-ultramodern Swedish dentist's office and you can't make me take that back.

I'm a little fuzzy on the details, but I believe Brady from Middle West Spirits owns the building and converted the space into more of a flexible office space with longer leases as opposed to a co-working space that has desks rentable by the day/week.
