Come on already....I am dying for major accumulation...snow days, etc.
BRRR I think they said 1-3 inches accumulation, but I just looked at weather.com and it says
'feels like 1 deg F'
Ummm check out the 5 day forcast. Thursday = High 11F Low -5F, Friday High 8F Low 1F.
Good thing I got new boots yesterday!
GO SNOW! I am with ENZO - WE NEED SNOW!!!!! YEAAAAAY!
It's looking pretty real right now! Good day to hibernate.
Anybody have a good sledding location? I got a metal dish sled (a-la Christmas Vacation) and don't rightly know where to take it.
We had a blast sledding in Goodale park on Mulberry Hill (is that right Sherm??) during the blizzard weekend. May not be the greatest for experienced sledders, but we got going pretty damn fast using just tarps and pool floats. Peeber helps with the excitement :)
O.S.U. golf course was our sledding location of choice back in the day.

It looks awesome out!!!! I am wishing wishing wishing for Level 3 so that we can leave work or maybe if schools get out early I will have to leave early to get the boy. Kids should get out early today for sledding purposes!!! YAY SNOW!@!!!
I sent my people home.
I doubt CPS will shut down early as they have enough trouble with "parents" and appropriate weather/kids interaction during normal operating hours. Just too big and too many people to be able to ensure that all the kids get home safely.
I wish I could stow my car, but Alec broke his foot so walking home is out of the question.
A.
If you're up for a drive scioto park on riverside dr. always has sledding hills set up with runs marked off with hay bails.
really good sledding.

Right across from the Hilltop sign on W. Broad St. there is a crazy fun hill. Interesting mix of local peeps, but a damn good hill. Also my personal favorite is along the entry road to Ohio Dominican.
The snow is lovely!
I'm in a third story office in G.V. with a big window facing north and I cannot see much beyond the next few blocks today. My skyline view is totally white today.

Yep thats the one! If you take the litte hill at the top and then the big one your in for a fun ride. The one at OD crosses a road and when they plow it and makes a crazy little jump into the bottom part of the hill. That and on occasion you will find some really ambitious nuns thrying to sled the hill on huge cookie sheets at like 2 in the morning.
It is sooooooooooo snowy and awesome....just wish I could leave work to enjoy it. Walking over to teach class was slippery. I saw two people slip and fall on their derriere.
