Slower speed limit on High St in Clintonville

Bike lanes, meh. Unnecessary and potentially dangerous as drivers disregard them and those who design them have never ridden in one of those harrowing things- yikes, way too narrow! I vouch for less street parking on High St, especially during rush hours and especially when there is 2 feet of snow on the ground and all lanes are compressed! I also vouch for restricting the right lane to Cotas and bikes only during certain hours but that will never happen.
