This opens up about a billion dollar deficit in the current two year budget. I think they should raise the C.A.T. tax or do away with the past tax cuts.gk wrote >>

Claw back that income tax cut. God, even Republican George Voinovich is calling for it. Stop being stubborn, Ted. More people will be hurt worse by a $1 billion cut than by the repealing of a $1 billion tax cut that was decided four years ago but only has been in effect for two months.
