Technically, 43206 includes German Village plus everything eastward to the railroad tracks near Alum Creek Drive:

If 43206 were GV only, I bet it would be higher on the list.

For Every $500,000+ home sold in German Village there are six $100,000 - $150,000 homes sold. Those were originaly built has workers cottages and you can still get amazing deals if you are willing to put some work in. If you are willing to put a lot of work, there are some nice shells at under $60,000.

Sure, there are some affordable options in GV... but I think it says a lot when $100-$150k is on the low end for a neighborhood, and that's the high-end for home prices if you head a mile eastward. And it is all in the same zip code. I still think that GV would be higher on the list if 43206 was split in two at Parsons.
