Tomorrow (Sept. 13) at 7 pm, Diana Britt Franklin will discuss her newest work of Ohio-based true crime, Gold Medal Killer, at Northwest Library, 2280 Hard Road.
Her book tells the story of Dr. James Howard Snook, an Ohio State University professor, who, in 1929, murdered his 24-year-old coed mistress.
Snook, a two-time Olympic gold medalist with a wife and young daughter, met Theora Hix when she was 21 and working as a stenographer for OSU's College of Veterinary Medicine.
