My plans for renting a friend's townhome in GV/merion village this fall fell through. . . .
If anyone has any leads on 2 bedroom apartments or townhomes in GV/ MV/ Schiller Park area around $850 per month rent, with lease starting in September, PM me please!
I am looking on metrorentals and craigslist, but its always good to have some people in the neighborhood with their eyes peeled :)

I have seen a bunch of for rent signs up on E Frankfort. Also saw a bunch behind Cup o Joe's on city park I think. Some of the places look nice but not too nice so your not over your budget, sorry i cant give more info but it may be worth a drive around the village.

thanks everyone! We ended up finding a newer townhome by Easton. close to bf's work, not too far from mine, and $150-200 cheaper than GV, plus unlimited parking, pool, workout facility, and walking distance to 3 24/7 groceries.
