I park on the sidewalk in front of Tigertree usually. I try and involve my bike into the landscape of my window design.

Ah, hell. I guess I do park on the sidewalk sometimes. Only when I think it won't be in people's way though. I wouldn't want someone to accidentally knock it over.

I do have mixed feelings on wether or not to say something when people are taking pictures on my scooter/motorcycle when it's on the sidewalk. Like it comes with the territory of putting it there.

if we park on the sidewalk a few people get pissed
if we park in "car spaces" a few people get pissed
seriously, I've gotten shit (and nasty notes) both ways.
Screw it.
I park where I want now, 'cause I'm going to piss someone off either way and the haters (you know who you are) can all just kiss my gigantic butt.
that being said... I intend to buy a city permit and enjoy those spaces whenever possible and support this program.
