Is there any word on when public discussions will take place for the Scioto Peninsula?

I noticed they have updated the image for the Scioto Peninsula. It appears there is an outdoor amphitheater or stadium of some sort by the Main Street bridge as well as some shorter residential towers.

also, it looks like the dam is removed, but the water did not recite.

The more I look at it, I think the first image must be an older plan. The second one appears to acknowledge the dam removal, pedestrian bridge by COSI, etc. which is good because the residential towers seem to have a little more height and the COSI surface lots are fully developed.
