A woman showed up at our front door this afternoon. She was with a company called Vectren Source, a company that offers another option (aside from Columbia Gas) to purchase natural gas for your home. At least, that's what I think she said. She was speaking very quickly, and I tend to automatically distrust anyone who comes to my door selling me something. Anyway, she left a flier and said that there was a sidebar on my last gas bill about being able to make the choice. She said something about offering fixed rates for gas, too.
Anyone know about this company? It doesn't seem like a scam, but I'm just curious about it. Especially b/c you know that natural gas isn't getting any cheaper.
I just thought I'd ask around before I discard the fliers she gave me.
