Had another great brunch at Sage today and managed to snag one of their new menus, which starts on Tuesday. With their permission, here's a little leak...
The menu looks great - happily, my favorite black bean/chorizo/sweet potato hash is staying on the brunch menu, as is the creme brulee french toast. Cinnamon coffee cake and blueberry pancakes will be be added.
Standouts from the dinner menu include:
Duck Pappardelle with chestnuts & escarole
Braised lamb shank with SPAETZLE (one of my favorite things)
Florida Mahi with chorizo & mussles in saffron broth
Still haven't made it there for dinner, but I plan to asap.
