(I need to get my creative juices a-flowin. Anyone want to do a Round Robin story? Rules are simple. Each person takes turns writing a word, sentence, paragraph, or chapter. Together we write a story. Post as many times as you want to. Put your actual story contribution in italics, and anything else you want to say in regular font and parentheses like I've done here.)

She turned brusquely on her heel, deciding to take a walk to clear her head. After about twenty paces, she realized that Snowville most definitely did NOT deliver to her home and spun on her heel again.
The man was standing right before her, smiling.

She turns to look without thinking; from the corner of her eye a slender finger extends towards a vague form across the street obscured by the sunlight streaming down from the morning sky. Out of the corner of her eye, the milkman's finger points...

She turns quickly to see nothing but her front steps.
