Join Available Light Theatre at OSU Urban Arts Space on May 29th at 7:30pm for a casual reading of the play Neighbors by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins. Neighbors follows the story of a family of modern-day black (and black-faced) minstrel performers and an upwardly mobile African-American college professor candidate, his white wife, and their teenage daughter. The ensuing marital conflicts make the meltdown in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" seem like a Sunday afternoon picnic. Free and open to all. Donations accepted. Coffee generously provided by Café Brioso and treats provided by AVLT.
