I know Marshalls in Grandview will be open Xmas night.

I think that Betty's is open in the evening.

Pattycake bakery is open 10-6
I believe there are some Chinese restaurants open.
I haven't paid too much attention but I'm sure there are others.

There are a bunch of Somali restaurants on Morse Rd around Cleveland Ave. African Paradise Restaurant was good.

Pattycake Bakery in Clintonville will be open Christmas Day with their regular Sunday business hours of 11 am to 4 pm.
