Counting calories? New menus to help
Chain restaurants to add info as part of health-care law
It won't be long before the number beside the burger - or salad or latte - on your restaurant menu will refer to something other than the price.
Tucked into the new health-care law is a requirement that restaurants with 20 or more locations display calorie counts on menus and menu boards.

State law was enacted two years ago mandating food labeling for all restaurants with more than twenty locations, it's just now going into effect. The City of Columbus is providing a nice infomercial for our chain restaurants that are simply doing what the state mandates.

Totally off topic, but thank you for renaming this thread! Every time I saw it, I would first read it as "John Mayer Coleman in the fight against obesity."
Then I would think of his Jessica Simpson comments and get totally grossed out...
