I know some other threads have hit upon both of the restaurant weeks in Columbus, but seeing as how we're in this one right now, it seemed appropriate to allow a separate thread that's just about the food this week.
We went to Black Creek Bistro last night for their RWC preview tasting. Pics below (sorry for the quality; taken on phone):

First Course. I think my favorite was the Cabbage & Shrimp Spring roll. Really nice combinations of flavors and good texture. My SO was all about the Eggplant Napoleon.

Third Course: Their entrees were amazing. Being a seafood person, I expected to love the Moroccan spiced shrimp, and I did. The sauce was well spiced and the flavors of the spices, shrimp, and chard were great together. However, the pork tenderloin roulade was amazing, and I'm not generally a pork person. ( The only comparable entree I've had in Columbus was the rabbit at Deepwood.) If I were to go back and have to choose between those two, it would be really difficult. They also offered a sausage and apple stuffed quail, which was really good. The vegetarian dish -- stuffed pablano -- was exceptionally well-rounded and seemed to be created with vegetarian nutrition in mind (as opposed to the endless risotto options I experienced when I was veg).

Dessert: Banana Nut Chocolate Egg Rolls and Pineapple Tarte Tatin with Schezuan Peppercorn & Brown Butter Sherbet -- both yum.
You can view their RWC menu here.
So where has everyone else been thus far? In addition to the food, how were the waits?
