Ladies - you are invited to a special Red, White & Bluetcamp this Saturday, July 3 to kick off the holiday weekend. This boot camp is a special version of BRIDAL BOOT CAMP led by personal trainer and owner of FOREVERFIT, Nancy Eisenman.
We will meet at Wolfe Park (on Broad Street between Parkview and Nelson Road) behind the tennis courts.
Cost is juft $5.
Wear your favorite patriotic colors and bring water and a towel and a smile!
This boot camp is a total body conditioning workout and will leave you energized (perhaps a little sore) and feeling stronger and fitter even after just one class!
