Does anyone know of a place I could take a record and get a cd/tape/mp3 made?
I know there are programs and USB turntables out there, but I dont have 75 bucks to do this. Plus I have only one 45 that needs to be converted.
Anyways, if you could think of a place, that would be great :)

What quality are you looking for? If you have an ordinary turntable and an audio converter you can hook it up to your computer and it works pretty much the same as having a USB turntable. I've done it myself several times. The quality probably isn't as good as you could get doing it professionally, but going from vinyl to mp3 you aren't going to end up with perfect sound quality anyway.
Also, if the 45 you're trying to dub is something available commercially, I would suggest just doing an iTumes search to make sure it isn't already available as a $1 digital single.

I've used Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/); cheap (free) and easy.
