In the past, I've always gone to Yankee Trader for hats, noise makers, decorations, etc... I was in there a few weeks ago and their stock on anything party related was crazy low. I was told by a staff person that they hadn't been ordering any new party supplies and that my guess, as to why not, was as good as theirs.
Anyways, does anyone have any good recommendations on where I can snatch up some NYE party favors in town on the cheap?
