Does anyone know a good independent house-cleaner to come in on either an as-needed or regular basis, and whose rates are reasonable? I often work 12-hour days, and my daughter usually comes home from school late in the afternoon, so we are often both too exhausted to stay ahead of the day-to-day housework. Initially, our house would need a good cleaning so we can get it to a level where we can do maintenance work that would not require all morning or afternoon.
The best thing would be a person with his/her own supplies. (About 15 years ago, I hired two guys, a gay couple, who worked on my place near Harrison West, but I've forgotten their names and have no idea if they're still in business.)
