There's a lot I'm aware of. Funny, I've not been to any of them.
I've heard Sage American Bistro in the campus area is excellent.
Banana Bean Cafe in the German Village
MoJo Lounge on the cap

I am a huge fan of the Polaris Grille right off of I-71. Though this time of year that whole area is freakin more nuts then normal.

Betty's. The mean drunk omelette is great if you like spicy. I also like the greek. Go after 1, and have a mimosa.
If you want a buffet, there's U. The buffet includes made to order omelettes.

Paul's Pantry, or now "Paul's on Fifth" http://www.paulsonline.com/ has awesome breakfast. Skip the church crowd though. You'll wait for a loooonnnnng time if you head there during after-church hours.
Apparently Gview Cafe has all-day brunch now on Sundays, which sounded cool upon our first sunday visit since our previous boycotting of the place-- but it doesn't look like they have just the typical: eggs, bacon, hashbrowns deal. You have to get one of their special "meals" which looked like they might be appetizing, if it weren't 8pm.
