Wall St. is a lesbian club, yes.
I believe Blazer's Pub is as well.
And Union Station's old location I hear is turning into a lesbian bar.
That's my limit of lesbian bar knowledge.
Believe Slammer's on Long St. is as well.

I heard the new union station was supposed to be a lesbian bar, but I really haven't a clue!

I think the new Union Station is primarily a gay place, but I'd assume with a brand spankin new patio they're attracting all kinds of people right now.
The old Union Station (which is going to be called something along the lines of "East Village Food & Bar") I believe is supposed to be a lesbian bar.

True. I went there last night.
SLOW service on the patio, but I thought $11 for a large pitcher of Great Lakes was good. The nachos were not bad either.
Yeah, Slammers is probably the best place for chillin' but Wall Street is the best place for dancing. Here's a good source for most of the clubs and the crowds they get...

I have a coupon for Slammers. Apparently they do take and bake pizzas, anyone tried one before?
The pizza at Slammers is really good.
I didn't know Slammers did take-and-bake but they do make some good pizzas. They have free pizza on Wednesday till 7pm or so....they just keep bringing them out and everyone can help themselves.
Also, East Village (the old Union Station) is going to be a lesbian bar. They plan on opening pride weekend (June 22nd-24th) because they'll have Rockin' in the Streets in the lot next door. And then the same lot will be used for Dancin' in the Streets the next night. Cause us gays like to dance and the lesbians like to rock....makes sense right?
And for anyone who wants to laugh your asses off, Bat-N-Rouge will happen on Sunday at the Afrocentric H.S. Fields at Livingston and Grant....this years host is Julie Brown!!

You get to watch drag queens play softball! But they're not your typical drag queens. Last year my friends went as Mary Catherine Gallagher, and another went as She-Ra.

That sounds insane! Why is this not posted in the events forum? :!:
This all sounds great, thanks JoshOSU for posting this info! :)
wall street*: lesbian dance club
slammer's: lesbian sports bar
blazer's: lesbian hole-in-the-wall (not to be confused with a gay hole-in-the-wall, which is something entirely different  )
east village*: lesbian food/drink/video bar with live music
jack's (formerly summit station): kinda a lesbian hole-in-the-wall - more gay men now than before
*fyi: these are all "lesbian" places, but there is a fair number of gay men and heteros who go as well
oh, and from my experience, many of the "gay male" bars are welcoming to lesbians. i go to axis on occasion, q bar, club diversity, etc.
the new union is glbt - a wide mix of homos and heteros. although, service, as with the old union, sucks.
Service at Union Station should stop sucking, and start not sucking.
