Putt for Hope will be hold on Saturday May 16, 2009 at Magic Mountain Fun Center Polaris.
Putt-Putt Golf is open from 9a-12:15p with pizza lunch and program starting at 12:15p
Foursome $50.00 per foursome, Extra golfer per foursome (limit 4) $10.00 each. Sponsorship available.
Proceeds benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
