April hearing on highway-work delays

Although they already have a pretty good inkling about where everyone stands on the topic, state officials have scheduled a five-hour public hearing on ODOT's plan to add years to the timetable of major highway projects across Ohio. It will take place April 17 at ODOT's West Side headquarters. It's penciled in from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
