I'm thinking about organizing a welcome package for new, independent businesses in the city. It would be a non-profit endeavor aimed at connecting people and helping them get going.
Things I can think to include are:
- a CU advertising credit
- provide a certain amount of hours of help from an intern pool
- have someone set them up with social media.
- provide any info on civic assistance if available
- have someone help answer questions and connect with vendors
What other kind of stuff could this organization do to welcome small businesses and get them going quickly.
Because ultimately, we all want to see people succeed at following their dreams and making Columbus a super cool place to live.
