Pole dancing has become one of the most popular and effective new ways to loose weight, tone up and gain muscle and confidence! Each pole class burns anywhere from 500-1200 calories depending on difficulty level.
Our pole classes have been designed to teach each student (men and women) based on their own fitness/strength level and we teach from beginner all the way through competitive level pole dancing. Our staff is highly trained with one member competing in the Great Midwest Pole Dance Competition this month. Classes are 7 days a week, both day and evening.
